GENERATION RENT CROYDON campaigns for professionally managed, secure, decent and affordable private rented homes in sustainable communities.

The 75,000 private renters living in Croydon can now join a campaign to drive up standards in the local private rented sector, including helping to tackle poor housing conditions, rip-off letting agency fees, undone repairs and unreturned deposits.

Generation Rent UK is a national campaign working across the country for major reforms to the treatment of 10 million people who rent their homes are treated. As part of this they are supporting the development of local groups where renters face particular challenges and problems and empower them to make a difference in their area – including Croydon, Selhurst, Norwood and Thornton Heath.

For the first time, renters can get involved in creating a single local voice to make sure the council and local politicians take action to improve the quality of life in private renting. Join us today and help campaign for a better deal for private tenants.
